STYLING CONSULTATION
Planning on selling your home soon and feel like you need need styling advice?
So what does this involve?
1 hour (approx.) in person consultation where we walk through the property and advise you on how to enhance your property for sale with your existing furniture
Discuss room layout, furniture orientation, which items should be put into storage, how to maximise your spaces ect.
During the consult you are encouraged to take notes
If required KE can send through a detailed quote of suggested hire items that we can provide
*If the client engages KE to provide property staging this fee is deducted from the quote.
