STYLING CONSULTATION
Planning on selling your home soon and feel like you need need styling advice?
So what does this involve?
- 1 hour (approx.) in person consultation where we walk through the property and advise you on how to enhance your property for sale with your existing furniture
- Discuss room layout, furniture orientation, which items should be put into storage, how to maximise your spaces ect.
- During the consult you are encouraged to take notes
- If required KE can send through a detailed quote of suggested hire items that we can provide
*If the client engages KE to provide property staging this fee is deducted from the quote.
