Lived-In Property Styling

Selling your home while living in it? We’re here to make the process smooth, stylish, and stress-free.

Our Lived-In Styling service is tailored to enhance your home’s appeal while respecting your everyday routine. We blend your existing furniture with carefully selected pieces to present your property at its best — all while keeping it comfortable and functional for you.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we require a refundable bond for all lived-in styling projects. Before styling begins, we’ll send you a checklist outlining our key rules and guidelines, including how to maintain the styling throughout the campaign. You’ll also receive a follow-up checklist for pack-up day to help everything go seamlessly.

When the time comes our team will be in touch to organise furniture collection. Our team will come to your property to remove all hire stock.

FAQ’S

CAN I SEE YOUR PORTFOLIO?

Preferred 7 days notice before booking. Full pre-payment & hire agreement for up to 8 weeks.

Once we arrive it takes between 2-4 hours depending on the size and access to your property.

Just give us a call or send us an email and we will find a suitable agreeable solution. Replacement cost of the item is required and preferred.

Yes, for Theft & Burglary. This is explained in more detail in our hire agreement and is limited with excesses payable by the Hirer.

The KEPS team are trained and will carefully install art work. For masonry or special material walls we will sub-contract a professional picture hanger.

Collection is straight forward. We will require access to your property and depending on the property size and access it should take between 90-120 minutes. (2 hours). Collections are booked at between 8am – 9am.
