Our Lived-In Styling service is tailored to enhance your home’s appeal while respecting your everyday routine. We blend your existing furniture with carefully selected pieces to present your property at its best — all while keeping it comfortable and functional for you.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, we require a refundable bond for all lived-in styling projects. Before styling begins, we’ll send you a checklist outlining our key rules and guidelines, including how to maintain the styling throughout the campaign. You’ll also receive a follow-up checklist for pack-up day to help everything go seamlessly.

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
We ask for 7 days notice, however can turn around within 24 hours depending on stock availability.
WHAT’S INVOLVED? WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET MY PROPERTY READY FOR AN INSTALLATION?
Everything we talk about during your consultation, is then discussed and prepared for prior to the installation date. This way you will be informed about the exact process.
Once your installation is booked, you will receive a checklist to help you prepare.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD?
Up to 8 weeks unless agreed upon otherwise.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS/KIDS TO LIVE WITHIN A HIRED HOME?
Yes, but we must know who will occupy the home during the campaign, this way we can put measurements in place to ensure our hired stock is fully protected against damage.
A refundable security deposit will be requested.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN A HIRED HOME? IS IT STRESSFUL?
You will need to make an active effort during your campaign to maintain your beautifully presented home. However we do make this process practical for you. You will receive a checklist with guidelines and tips to help you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE SELL BEFORE THE HIRE PERIOD?
Yay!! Congratulations, our objective is achieved. We can now book in a pick up time & date. Please note pick ups are booked between 8am-9am.
CAN HOME STAGING REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO THE FINAL PRICE OF MY HOUSE?
YES! Research has shown that staging your home can give you up to 400% return on investment, and our own case studies have shown that you can really boost the value of your home if you invest in home staging.
In one case, a client invested $3500 into our home staging services and sold their home for $22k over asking price!
DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS OR FINANCE OPTIONS?

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY FURNITURE PACKAGE?
Do you want to change things, add things, move things around? Keeping in mind a staging package is designed to enhance your property in the short term… it’s very different to sitting down with an interior designer and selecting each item. However we can most certainly be flexible so our answer to your question is sure! However we do have rules… let us know what you are thinking and we can quote up your changes!
I HAVE A SMALL / OLDER / AFFORDABLE HOME, IS STAGING RIGHT FOR ME?
Of course property staging is right for your home!
Many people worry that their house won’t benefit from staging if it’s smaller or won’t be selling at a higher price, but this is false!
Owners selling at a lower price point who take the time to stage their home or invest in professional home staging services increase their appeal against similar types of homes that aren’t staged. It’s all about appealing to buyers, so of course any home would benefit from property staging as it presents the home at its absolute best!
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF YOUR HIRE?
Preferred 7 days notice before booking. Full pre-payment & hire agreement for up to 8 weeks.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO STAGE A PROPERTY?
Once we arrive it takes between 2-4 hours depending on the size and access to your property.
WHAT IF SOMETHING GETS DAMAGED?
Just give us a call or send us an email and we will find a suitable agreeable solution. Replacement cost of the item is required and preferred.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER INSTALLAION?

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE
Yes, for Theft & Burglary. This is explained in more detail in our hire agreement and is limited with excesses payable by the Hirer.
HOW DO YOU HANG ARTWORK?
The KEPS team are trained and will carefully install art work. For masonry or special material walls we will sub-contract a professional picture hanger.
WHAT IS INVOLVED WHEN COLLECTING HIRED STOCK?
Collection is straight forward. We will require access to your property and depending on the property size and access it should take between 90-120 minutes. (2 hours). Collections are booked at between 8am – 9am.
