Our styling and transport team will arrive, bring in the furniture, hang art and carefully place all the décor in a curated and beautiful layout

When the time comes our team will be in touch to organise furniture collection. Our team will come to your property to remove all hire stock.

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
We ask for 7 days notice, however can turn around within 24 hours depending on stock availability.
WHAT’S INVOLVED? WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET MY PROPERTY READY FOR AN INSTALLATION?
Everything we talk about during your consultation, is then discussed and prepared for prior to the installation date. This way you will be informed about the exact process.
Once your installation is booked, you will receive a ‘Getting Ready’ checklist.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD?
Up to 6 weeks
DO YOU ALLOW PETS/KIDS TO LIVE WITHIN A HIRED HOME?
Yes, but we must know who will occupy the home during the campaign, this way we can put measurements in place to ensure our hired stock is fully protected against damage.
A refundable security deposit will be requested.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
We have a range of different styling services which you can choose from which start at different price points.
Our Property Staging services offer free 15min consultation. We have multiple package options at different price points. Get in contact for more information about a tailored package for your property.
Our Styling Consult offer a 1 hour (approx.) in person consultation for costs $110 +gst. If you chose KE to provide property staging this fee is deducted from the quote.
Our Colour Consult and Style to Stay services begin at $190+gst for 1 hour or $390+gst for 2 hours, with further add ons available.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN A HIRED HOME? IS IT STRESSFUL?
You will need to make an active effort during your campaign to maintain your beautifully presented home. However we do make this process practical for you. Contact us to find out more….
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE SELL BEFORE THE HIRE PERIOD?
Yay!! Congratulations, our objective is achieved. We can now book in a pick up time & date. Please note pick ups are booked for 8am.
CAN HOME STAGING REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO THE FINAL PRICE OF MY HOUSE?
YES! Research has shown that staging your home can give you up to 400% return on investment, and our own case studies have shown that you can really boost the value of your home if you invest in home staging.

DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS OR FINANCE OPTIONS?
Yes we sure do. We offer Elepay as a finance option so you can style now and pay later. Get in touch with us for more information.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY FURNITURE PACKAGE?
Do you want to change things, add things, move things around? Keeping in mind a staging package is designed to enhance your property in the short term… it’s very different to sitting down with an interior designer and selecting each item. However we can most certainly be flexible so our answer to your question is sure! However we do have rules… let us know what you are thinking and we can quote up your changes!
I HAVE A SMALL / OLDER / AFFORDABLE HOME, IS STAGING RIGHT FOR ME?
Of course property staging is right for your home!
Many people worry that their house won’t benefit from staging if it’s smaller or won’t be selling at a higher price, but this is false!
Owners selling at a lower price point who take the time to stage their home or invest in professional home staging services increase their appeal against similar types of homes that aren’t staged.
