Can I see your portfolio?

We ask for at least 7 days notice where possible, though we can often accommodate quicker turnarounds depending on stock availability. Get in touch as early as possible to secure your preferred installation date.

Everything discussed and agreed during your styling consultation forms the basis for your installation plan. Once your installation is booked, you’ll receive a detailed “Getting Ready” checklist covering exactly what to prepare, move, and remove before the KE Property Styling team arrives.

All KE Property Styling packages include 8 weeks of furniture hire as standard. If your campaign extends beyond this period, contact us to discuss an extension.

Yes – we understand that many of our clients continue living in their home during their sales campaign. We simply need to know who will be occupying the property so we can put the right measures in place to protect our furniture and accessories.

A refundable security deposit will be requested for properties occupied by children or pets. We’ll discuss this during your consultation so there are no surprises.

KE Property Styling offers a range of services at different price points:

    • Property staging – includes a free 15-minute consultation. Multiple package options tailored to your property. Contact us for a personalised quote.
    • Styling consultation – from $110 + GST for a 1-hour in-person consultation. This fee is deducted from any subsequent staging package.
    • Colour consultation – from $190 + GST for 1 hour, or $390 + GST for 2 hours.
    • Style to Stay – from $190 + GST for 1 hour, or $390 + GST for 2 hours.
